This form is only for guests who have paid and completed their booking.

Before submitting the booking form, please read the terms and conditions (available on our website under "T's & C's").

By electronically signing and submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and understood,

and agree to Searenity Holiday Homes' terms and conditions.

 

 

IMPORTANT, Please note:

The information below is required by Searenity to grant you access to the estate. Without a completed booking form, entry will not be permitted.

ID numbers, vehicle registrations and driver details are mandatory.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm on arrival day, and check-out is by 10 am on departure day.

Please inform us of your arrival and departure times.

Keys, access cards and remotes must be returned to Searenity staff upon departure or dropped at Selborne Hotel reception.

Selborne is a tranquil eco-estate with a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise and rule violations. Parties are strictly forbidden both inside the villas and at the pool areas. Day visitors require prior approval, please let us know timeously,  should you have any day visitors coming. 

It is strictly prohibited to use an access card to swipe an additional vehicle through the estate boom gates, this is monitored by cameras. Any violation will result in an immediate R500 fine, deducted from the breakage deposit.

Villas are cleaned at check-in and check-out.
